The “Delivery Calculator” page is designed to calculate the cost of delivering a vehicle to the buyer, taking into account all expenses and factors from the auction to the destination country’s port.

To open the page, go to the menu section and select the “Delivery Calculator” tab. You will then be redirected to the calculator page, where you can calculate the delivery cost of the vehicle.

To calculate the delivery cost, you need to select the type of vehicle by clicking the corresponding icon in the “Select Vehicle Type” row (Figure 1, Pointer 1).

Next, fill in the following fields:

  • “Select Price List” – from the dropdown menu that appears when you click the button, choose the price list from which the vehicle cost calculation will be based;

  • “Vehicle Cost” – enter the cost of the vehicle;

  • “Auction” – from the dropdown menu, select the auction where the vehicle was purchased;

  • “Auction Fee” – from the dropdown menu, select the auction fee on which the vehicle cost calculation will be based;

  • “Location” – from the dropdown menu, select the auction location;

  • “Warehouse” – from the dropdown menu, select the warehouse where the vehicle will be stored before shipment;

  • “Country/Destination Port” – specify the port where the vehicle will be delivered for further transportation;

  • “Country/Destination Location” – select the country to which the vehicle will be delivered;

  • “Destination City” – from the dropdown menu, select the city to which the vehicle will be delivered.

After filling in all the fields, click the “Continue” button (Figure 1, Pointer 2). Then, all delivery calculation information will be displayed in the right column (Figure 1, Pointer 3). Below is a description of the main fields:

  • “Vehicle Cost” – the amount indicated as the winning bid for the lot;

  • “Auction Fee” – calculated based on the auction’s set commission, either low or high;

  • “Total Vehicle Cost (+ Auction Fee)” – the total amount in this section of the table;

  • “Delivery to the Yard” – the cost of delivery to the warehouse is determined based on the price list available in the auction section (Copart/ IAAI), which specifies individual delivery costs for each location and each vehicle type;

  • “Delivery to the Port” – the cost of delivery by the shipping company, determined based on the price list available in the Freight section, where individual delivery costs are specified for each warehouse and all vehicle types;

  • “ Delivery by Land ” – the cost of land transportation is determined based on the price list available in the Car Carrier section, which specifies individual delivery costs for all vehicle types depending on the country of delivery and the final destination country;

  • “Expedition” and “Company Fee” – services added in the price list.

  • “Total Delivery” – the total amount in this section of the table;

  • “Total All” – the final amount across all table sections, the delivery cost including all expenses.

To copy the information for sending to the client, broker, or other recipients, click the “Copy the Calculation” button (Figure 1, Pointer 4). A message saying “The result of the calculator calculation has been copied to the clipboard” will appear below the button. After that, you can paste the copied information into messages in messengers, where it will be displayed in a ready-to-use format.
