To set up the notification recipient, go to the "Settings" menu and select the “Notification Settings" tab. In this section, you can manage the methods of sending notifications for the company or user. Notifications can be sent via email or to a Telegram channel. For each method, there is an option to enable or disable notifications using the "On/Off" toggle (Figure 1, Pointer 1).

Available channels:

  •  Telegram — notifications will be sent to the company’s Telegram channel;

  •  Website — notifications are displayed in the personal account on the website, when clicking the icon  (Pointer 3);

  •  Mail — notifications are sent to the company’s email;

  •  Employees — notifications are sent to assigned responsible employees;

 To set the language in which notifications will be displayed, select it in the “Notifications default language” field (Pointer 2).

If you want notifications to be sent not only to the company but also to the user, specify the corresponding settings in the “User notification Settings” section. This section is similar to the company settings and allows you to select notification delivery channels for the user.
